CWTix™ Ticket Purchase Terms

The Organizer of the event is the seller. CWTix™ acts as the Organizer’s disclosed agent for listing the event and collecting payment. CWTix™ does not produce, promote, stage, or control any event.

A ticket is a limited, revocable license to attend the stated event on the stated date at the stated venue. It is not property and grants no other right.

The Organizer or venue may refuse admission or remove you for conduct that breaches venue rules, law, or safety requirements. Where admission is refused for a reason that is not your own conduct, Section 7 applies.

The price shown when you select a ticket includes the ticket price set by the Organizer and the cost of processing your card payment. CWTix™ adds no service or convenience fee and takes no margin on the processing cost.

Lawful taxes, where they apply and where separate disclosure is permitted, are identified before you are asked to pay. The total will not increase after it is first displayed.

Tickets are delivered electronically at no charge, as a QR code and, where supported, as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. A wallet pass is a copy of your ticket, not a second ticket.

Keep your ticket confidential. Anyone presenting a valid QR code may be admitted, and a ticket that has already been scanned will not admit a second person.

CWTix™ does not currently provide an in-platform transfer or resale feature. Your ticket is issued to you as a printable QR code and, where supported, as a wallet pass, and it is not locked to your identity: whoever presents a valid, unscanned QR code at the door may be admitted.

CWTix™ does not charge a fee to transfer a ticket and does not restrict the price at which you pass one on. If you give or sell your ticket to someone else, send them the QR code. We cannot re-issue a ticket that has already been scanned, and we cannot help recover a ticket you passed to someone else, so use your judgment.

Individual events may carry age or identification requirements set by the Organizer, which apply to whoever presents the ticket.

You must be 18 or older to hold a CWTix™ account. Individual events may carry their own age and identification requirements set by the Organizer. These are stated on the event listing and enforced at the venue.

Cancellations, postponements, and material changes are governed by the CWTix™ Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Admission is subject to the venue’s rules, search policy, and capacity and safety requirements. The Organizer and the venue — not CWTix™ — control admission, security, alcohol service, and everything else that happens on the premises.

Events may involve loud sound, lighting effects, crowds, and standing. You attend at your own risk.

The Organizer or venue may record or photograph the event, and you may appear in those recordings. Any permission you give for that use is given to the Organizer or venue, not to CWTix™.
