Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Tickets purchased through the CWTix™ Platform. CWTix™ acts solely as a ticketing intermediary. Each Event is organized and controlled by the Organizer, who determines refund eligibility subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the Organizer, all Ticket sales are final. Tickets represent revocable licenses and may be subject to restrictions set by the Organizer.

The $2.50 Fan service fee and any applicable processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law or if the Event is canceled and the Organizer authorizes full fee reimbursement.

If an Event is canceled and not rescheduled, the Organizer will determine whether refunds are issued. Where authorized, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable fees unless otherwise required by law.

If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, Tickets may remain valid for the new date. Refund eligibility will be determined by the Organizer and communicated to Ticket holders.

No refund will be issued for denied entry due to duplicate, altered, or previously scanned QR codes; failure to present valid identification where required; violation of Venue policies; or late arrival.

Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through CWTix™ or the Organizer may result in account suspension. CWTix™ reserves the right to contest improper chargebacks using available transaction and scan validation records.

Refunds will not be issued for Tickets obtained through fraudulent activity, violation of Platform terms, or resale outside authorized channels.

This Refund Policy is subject to applicable federal, state, and local consumer protection and ticketing laws, including New York Arts & Cultural Affairs Law where applicable.

CWTix™ may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
