Version 1.0
Effective Date: July 10, 2026
CWTix™ is operated by CW Talent Group, LLC, doing business as CWTix™ ("CWTix™", "we", "us", or "our"). This statement describes our approach to making the CWTix™ ticketing platform (the "Platform") accessible to people with disabilities, and it explains how you can reach us if you encounter a barrier or need assistance.
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
We are committed to making the Platform accessible to, and usable by, people with disabilities, and to providing an inclusive experience for everyone who visits and uses our services. We believe that everyone should be able to find events, buy tickets, and manage their orders with dignity and ease, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the Platform.
2. Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard. The WCAG are internationally recognised guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), that explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including limitations related to vision, hearing, mobility, and cognition. In plain terms, the guidelines help us design pages and features that work well with assistive technologies such as screen readers, that can be navigated by keyboard, and that present text and controls clearly. We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the goal we are working toward across the Platform.
3. Applicable Laws
We strive to comply with applicable accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We take these legal requirements seriously and work in good faith toward meeting them, while recognising that accessibility is an evolving area and that our efforts are ongoing rather than a one-time achievement.
4. Measures We Take
We take a number of ongoing measures to support accessibility across the Platform, including:
Considering accessibility as part of our design and development process, so that new features are built with accessibility in mind from the outset;
Periodically reviewing and testing the Platform to identify accessibility issues and opportunities to improve;
Working with our vendors and service providers to encourage and support accessibility in the components and tools we rely on; and
Aiming to improve the accessibility of the Platform over time as standards, technologies, and our own understanding develop.
These measures reflect our continuing effort to make the Platform more accessible, and we expect them to evolve as we learn.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, we know that some parts of the Platform may not yet be fully accessible. For example, certain content or third-party components — such as maps, embedded media, payment widgets, and content supplied by event organizers — may not currently meet our target standard. We acknowledge these limitations honestly and are working toward greater conformance and continued improvement. If you encounter a barrier in any part of the Platform, we want to hear from you so that we can help and so that we can prioritise improvements.
6. Feedback and Requesting Assistance
Your feedback helps us improve, and we welcome it. If you have difficulty using any part of the Platform, would like to report an accessibility barrier, or need information or content provided in an alternative format, please contact us using the details below.
