CWTix™ Cookie Notice

Version 1.0

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how CW Talent Group, LLC, doing business as CWTix™ ("CWTix™", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our ticketing website, applications, and related services (together, the "Platform"), and the choices available to you ("you" or "your").

This Cookie Notice supplements, and is referenced by, the CWTix™ Privacy Policy. It forms part of how we describe our information practices, and it should be read together with the CWTix™ Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this Cookie Notice and the CWTix™ Privacy Policy regarding cookies and tracking technologies, the CWTix™ Privacy Policy governs. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Cookie Notice have the meanings given to them in the CWTix™ Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (such as your computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website operator. Cookies allow the Platform to recognize your device and remember information about your visit, such as your preferences and certain actions you have taken.

We use cookies together with a number of similar technologies. The most common are:

  1. Cookies — text files stored in your browser, as described above.
  2. Pixels (also called web beacons or tags) — tiny, often invisible, images or snippets of code embedded in a page or message that can record certain information, such as whether a page was viewed.
  3. Local storage — data stored directly within your browser or device (for example, "local storage" or "session storage") that the Platform can use to remember information between or during visits.
  4. Software development kits (SDKs) — pieces of code included in mobile or other applications that can perform functions similar to cookies, such as recognizing a device or remembering settings.

In this Cookie Notice, we refer to all of these technologies together as "cookies" unless we say otherwise. These technologies work by storing or reading small amounts of information on your device so that the Platform can function, remember your choices, and, where applicable, understand how the Platform is used.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We group cookies into four categories, consistent with the categories described in the CWTix™ Privacy Policy. For each category below, we explain its purpose and state whether it is CURRENTLY IN USE or RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE.

2.1 Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies — Currently In Use

These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set only in response to actions you take, such as logging in, maintaining your session, adding items to a cart, or completing a purchase. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, authentication, and remembering the items in your order. Without these cookies, the Platform cannot operate properly, and certain services you have requested cannot be provided. Because they are essential, these cookies do not require your consent.

Status: CURRENTLY IN USE.

2.2 Functional Cookies — Currently In Use (Where Applicable)

These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make and to provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, they may remember your preferences and settings (such as language or display preferences) so that you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit. Where functional cookies are used, they support a smoother and more convenient experience on the Platform.

Status: CURRENTLY IN USE, where applicable to the features you use.

2.3 Analytics / Performance Cookies — Reserved for Future Use

These cookies would allow us to understand how visitors interact with the Platform — for example, which pages are visited most often and whether visitors encounter errors — so that we can measure and improve the performance and design of the Platform. As of the Effective Date, analytics cookies are not currently active on the Platform, and CWTix™ does not use any third-party analytics tracking technologies. This category is reserved for possible future use, as described in Section 3.

Status: RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE — not currently active.

2.4 Advertising Cookies — Reserved for Future Use

These cookies would, where used, support advertising and the measurement of advertising. As of the Effective Date, advertising cookies are not currently active on the Platform, and CWTix™ does not use any third-party advertising tracking technologies. This category is reserved for possible future use, as described in Section 3. In all cases, and as stated in the CWTix™ Privacy Policy, we do NOT sell your personal information, and we do NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Status: RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE — not currently active.

3. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising Cookies Currently Active

As of the Effective Date, CWTix™ does not use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking technologies on the Platform.

We may in the future implement analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and product-experience or session-replay tools (such as Smartlook) to help us understand and improve how the Platform is used. We have not enabled any such tools as of the Effective Date, and naming them here does not mean they are currently in use. If and when we enable any such tools, we will update this Cookie Notice (and the CWTix™ Privacy Policy as needed) to describe the technologies, the information collected, and the purposes, and we will provide any required opt-out mechanisms or cookie controls before or at the time such tools are enabled.

Reaffirming the commitment made in the CWTix™ Privacy Policy: we do NOT sell your personal information, and we do NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The future use of any analytics or advertising tools will not change this position.

4. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

Cookies may be either "first-party" or "third-party," depending on who places them:

  1. First-party cookies are set by CWTix™ and are associated with the Platform directly. We use first-party cookies for the essential and functional purposes described in Section 2.
  2. Third-party cookies are set by a party other than CWTix™, such as an analytics or advertising provider. As of the Effective Date, CWTix™ does not use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking technologies on the Platform, as described in Section 3. If we enable any third-party cookies in the future, we will update this Cookie Notice and provide any required controls before or at the time they are enabled.

5. How Long Cookies Last

Cookies remain on your device for different lengths of time, depending on their type:

  1. Session cookies are temporary. They exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close your browser or end your session. We use session cookies for purposes such as maintaining your login and keeping the items in your order during a single visit.
  2. Persistent cookies remain on your device after you close your browser, until they expire or you delete them. They allow the Platform to recognize your device and remember your preferences across visits. Each persistent cookie has its own retention period, after which it expires.

6. How to Control Cookies

You have a number of ways to control or limit cookies:

  1. Browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies through their settings. You can usually set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being set. The steps differ from browser to browser, and you should consult your browser's help function for details. Limiting cookies through your browser will apply to the device and browser on which you make the change.
  2. Cookie settings tool. Where available, you can manage your cookie preferences using our cookie-settings tool at the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer.

Please note that strictly necessary (essential) cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled through our cookie-settings tool. If you block essential cookies through your browser, parts of the Platform may not work properly, as described in Section 7.

7. Consequences of Disabling Cookies

If you choose to block or delete cookies, some features of the Platform may not work as intended. In particular, disabling or blocking essential or functional cookies may mean that:

  1. you are unable to log in or your session is not maintained;
  2. you are unable to add items to your cart or complete a purchase;
  3. your preferences and settings are not remembered, so you may need to re-enter them on each visit; and
  4. other features that rely on cookies do not function correctly.

Because strictly necessary (essential) cookies are required for the Platform to operate, blocking them is likely to prevent core parts of the Platform — including login, sessions, and completing a purchase — from working.

8. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time, including to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the version number and the Effective Date at the top of this Cookie Notice. If we begin using analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies that were previously reserved for future use, we will update this Cookie Notice (and the CWTix™ Privacy Policy as needed) and provide any required controls before or at the time such technologies are enabled, as described in Section 3. We encourage you to review this Cookie Notice periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies.
